ShibuTees is a japanese fashion brand and clothing brand built on a simple obsession: the visual language of old Japan. Woodblock prints, ink-washed illustrations, hand-lettered kanji — a craft tradition spanning centuries that still feels electric today. We carry it forward as a japanese streetwear brand: wearable art for people who care about what they wear.

Every design begins with research — a subject from Japanese culture, mythology, or folklore. Bears, wolves, dragons, spirits. Each motif is rendered in a vintage aesthetic: monochromatic, graphic, with intentional imperfection. The kanji on every design carries meaning specific to that subject — not decoration, but part of the composition.

Each ShibuTees oversized graphic tee is printed on 100% organic cotton — crisp white, the blank canvas for bold ink. High neck, relaxed unisex silhouette, dropped shoulders, soft hand feel. Made to high standards, carefully finished. The inside neck carries our seal, printed directly on the fabric.

ShibuTees is an independent Danish clothing label, founded and based in Ikast, Denmark. We design and produce premium oversized Japanese graphic tees — shipping to customers across Europe, North America, and beyond. Every piece in our collection is grounded in genuine research into Japanese art history, mythology, and visual culture. We are a small label. We do not chase trends.
