Returns & Refunds
14-Day Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with EU consumer law. No reason is required.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original condition with tags attached
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for lost return parcels.

Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email support@shibutees.com with photo documentation within 14 days of delivery. We will cover return postage and send a replacement or issue a full refund promptly.
Size Exchanges
For a different size, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order — this is the fastest way to get the right fit.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. If more than 10 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at support@shibutees.com.
